Flyers Are Holding 14 Practices This Spring
DAYTON – The University of Dayton football team looks to kick off spring practice Sunday, March 2. Sunday’s practice will be the start of the third season under UD alum Trevor Andrews as head coach of the Flyers.
UD will hold six practices before UD’s spring break (March 15-23), and eight after leading up to the annual spring game on Sunday, April 13.
The first practice on March 2 will start at 1 p.m. ET. All other weekend practices are at 12 noon ET. Weekday practices at 4:30 p.m. ET. The spring game will be free and open to the public. Game time is 3 p.m. ET.
The entire spring schedule will be conducted at the Jerry Von Mohr Practice Facility in the Arena Sports Complex.

UD finished the 2024 season 6-5 overall and 4-4 in the PFL, a two-game improvement over 2023. The Flyers have had 44 winning season in the last 47 campaigns. Dayton will open the 2025 season on Thursday, Aug. 28 at Eastern Illinois.
